Morning Ruby. I think that the clapping on a Thursday unites the communities. Even if we don't know the people, we have a shared experience. All very positive.

I think that one will do well in a large planter Debs. I have a Stellata and another Soulangiana. I think I have a tree love.

I do adore magnolias but I accept I can’t have everything. Lovely to see them in gardens around at this time of year.
My melon seeds have germinated! Well 4 so far keeping everything crossed.

Your magnolia is lovely LB . I don’t think I have room for one ,although I could try .Columbine is a lovely name , my grandma always used it .Also Woodbine was a lovely name until they named a cigarette after it .

Ha ha Ruby. My Uncle used to smoke them. I've been chatting with various rellies this morning prior to going out into the garden and whilst I was on the phone there was a knock on the door. Thinking it was a parcel delivery I went to answer the door and there was a man there asking me if I wanted my trees topping. He was very pleasant and he waved a business leaflet at me. I said that no thank you I didn't. He departed. I don't think he should have been calling but then again that might be his only income so I felt very sorry for him.

    Morning everyone 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️
    Much cooler and very cloudy
    this morning. I'm
    Going to weed the
front border and move one of
    My plants as it's
    Looking a bit sorry
    for itself. Some of
    the leaves are turning
    yellow........a problem
    I think from a certain
    dog that has used
    it as a loo😣
    Gorgeous acqualigia
    Ante
    I love Magnolia too, always
    Think it's such a
    shame the blossom
    is so short lived.
    I can honestly say
    that having to stay
    In for 12 weeks the
extra 3 weeks doesn't surprise me......infact  I think it will go on much longer. The daily death rate is still far too high to change anything at the moment. People in some places are still not social distancing.
I'm off to the garden before
    It rains.....the clouds
    are getting darker 😞
    Take care TTFN

You weren't there just now LB
I maybe completely wrong but.......did you see the any I.D. on him at all LB. I'd be a bit worried about people knocking on my door asking about any type of work you needed doing. 🤔🤨
Did some weeding and dig up poorly looking plant. Ground is far too hard and dry, its actually cracking. Didn't think I'd say this but we need a good downpour.
Time for a cup of tea 😉

Hi Hazel, sorry you've felt under the weather. Good to see you.
Chive, I've done a bit of weeding and have dug up the poorly plant. At the moment it's in a very large pot, I've trimmed it a bit and given it a good watering. Hopefully it will survive 🤞 The ground was very dry and was actually starting to crack in some places! All that rain a few weeks ago, a few days of sun and it's gone from being like a bog to bone dry 😣
It's supposed to rain later, let's hope it pours over night 😂😂
Glad Rosie is ok Rubee 🤗
Edit.....Ooh meant to say Chive, love Bacopa and Lobelia 🤗🤗🤗
