...yes mine is on an obelisk but it's very young... there's a fabulous, huge one in a garden in Romania.. as seen on HMF.. but we don't need to let it grow that big..

..I meant to say, lovely roses @Nollie and @Omori...  I wish I could take such good pictures...  does anyone else get slightly annoyed that the pages on threads are not very long, and everything quickly disappears onto the next page?
..I also meant to reply to Fire's question about Mary Rose, only that I grew it back in 1986 and only as a Standard... and memory fades, but these days it sports to different colours too apparently..  I recall it was always in flower..

...this was part of Mutabilis when I had it..  makes me laugh when you read it only gets to 3 foot tall..

Agree very much @Marlorena, it would be great if there was an option for more posts per page. I could handle 50 easily ... and I'm painfully aware I've now used up 10% of this page without even contributing a picture or chatted about a rose.

It does move on rapidly, @Marlorena, I would say if anyone’s questions gets missed, don’t be afraid to ‘bump’ your own post.

What’s annoying me at the moment is that, since Tuincentrumlottum redesigned their website, it’s no longer an option to search by breeder, apart from David Austin roses. Since Weeks roses seem to be doing well for me, I would like to be able to search under that. Even typing in Weeks in the search box produces zero results, because it’s only set up to search by the rose name.

Beautiful roses @Marlorena, and I think your photos are lovely. I just use my iPhone but it has a decent camera on it. I know what you mean, it can be hard to properly keep track of posts and reply accordingly, without going back and forth.
