I buy 12 pints of milk every week, I won’t be buying any more than that.
We drink that much every week, we’re not stock piling, 3 x 4pt bottles in the freezer every week.  We drink a lot of coffee, OH has muesli for breakfast. I make sources for some meals.

Us two have quite a warped sense of humour so have our own silly theories,  people need all those toilet rolls, there will be a shortage of coffins and they can have themselves  wrapped in the loo rolls for shrouds.
You can see what business we are in.😀😅

We buy 9 pints a week.

Finished the bathroom floor, vinyl click planks. Took ages, pipes, loo, wash basin were in the way.

A friend of mine tells me the loo roll thing was the Japanese who have to import all their loo roll and panicked about potential shortages.  Thanks to social media, that panic was picked up by other nationalities and their sections of the populace who don't know about supply chains.

Couldn't get reliable pasteurised milk when we moved to Belgium n 1991 so we have been using semi-skimmed sterilised milk.   I occasionally use it in sauces and baking and OH has some on his Weetabix in the morning  so a pack of 6 x 1 litre lasts us a month or more.  Both have our coffee black.

We think our newish NDNs are stuck in Spain, we don't have relatives near us and our friends are the same age, so we're a little bit stuck for help. I'm not going to worry about it until we're actually ordered to stay at home. I think possibly some of our Garden club members may be able to help but most are over 70 anyway. I was full of plans to help others, I too, don't feel old enough to be in the 'at risk' group, even though I am!

I had to chuckle at that @Lyn

Because I’m the only one who has milk in my tea, we don’t use much milk. I buy the UHT cartons which have a long life. Don’t need to shop for it often. I could always stop drinking tea, I suppose, if things got bad. 😃

A fine cool day here again.

Morning @Pat E and others to follow.
We've got a frost, but at least it's dry, windless and cloud free.
A busy day of gardening beckons.

    Good day all.
Frost here. I wasn’t expecting that but thinking about it, I didn’t check the forecast yesterday - first day ever!

    Hope all are ok.
Dreading work today - it’s going to be bonkers.

@Pat E - not having tea with milk would be a major emergency for me! That is a sacrifice too far!

    Ditto. I don't drink alcohol, I don't smoke, I don't DO drugs, but I drink gallons of tea ( decaff after 11am )
