    Thanks Fairy. Luckily, we didn’t lose any, but lots of people lost their homes (not to mention wildlife, but I don’t want to go there). When that American plane with 3 firefighters went down and they got killed, what the media didn’t pick up was that it landed and exploded into a huge fireball right on top of our local koala sanctuary. 😭

    Cont. Hubby and an offsider were the fire brigade team that escorted the police up to their road after the plane came down.

    Just horrific. Your hubby, and all the other firefighters, are all heroes in my eyes. 

    Try and think of nicer things before bed.

    Very sad pics @Pat E but I saw a news report a while back showing re-growth starting already in some places, nature is very resilient.
    Wild & wet night here again dry now but how long for I wonder?
