We all know that one but it's worse than that.  It's like his ears or brain or somewhere in between re-arrange or translate the words into something else.  Getting wise to it now so sometimes I ask him what he thinks I've just said, just to be sure he's got it right.

I have some pots of Bamboo Orchid, they are not the Dendrobom, I bought them at my Osteopathics, her Huby propotates them.  They spent the summer outside very happily, Hubby split some, they flower now, tiny scented upside down bell type flowes. There were seedlings in several pots, they looked like Violas or Pansies, well, one flowered yesterday (in the conservatory) its a bright pink trailing petunia!!

Fairy, we went for a drive through the burned area south east of our place.  The strange thing is that you can now see through the tree trunks because there’s no undergrowth.

    Not sure the photos demonstrate.

    What sad photos Pat ☹️

Having a quiet day here, trying to get my innards back to normal.  Will be booking a GP phone appointment on Monday if it carries on - 7 days is enough.

Finding solace in iPad jigsaws - totally absorbing, so a good way of switching off. Looking forward to getting out and doing a bit of weeding when I feel a bit better.

Mr C is now working at home for the forseeable, which is reassuring given his heart history.  We still have Chicklet coming and going, but she works in an educational company that will have to shut premises down if thats what the schools decide to do.

Struggling a bit, as I am sure many are - wrong time to be fighting the after effects of a bug 😜

    Sad photos indeed @Pat E :/
Nature is inspiring and quite remarkable though, and hopefully, some of it will recover.

@chicky- steady the buffs, as my mother used to say No idea what it means. :D
Look after yourselves. Hope Mr chicky is ok.
Have you looked at the jigsaw site some of us post on? Pat got us all started on it. There's lots  on there, of all kinds, and you can do them at any number of pieces etc, depending on how long a stint you want. Jigsaw Planet  :)

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

There are thousands and thousands of hectares like this. Hopefully our drought will be over soon and everything will be able to grow.
