Good to know you're OK @LG_ and I'm sure you'll find other ways to be silly in future but maybe not so risky.

    Blue skies here too.

    A 'knob stick' @Dovefromabove - that's what I need when I'm out.....
For a slightly different reason than you're giving.... :D

Ooh  -did I miss something @LG_? Has something happened to you?  :|
    Glad you're ok now.  :)

Nothing much happened, @Fairygirl - the problem was that 'nothing much' featured a little bit of ricin. All is well, and I've learnt my lesson. And I've just eaten a much needed bar of chocolate, so that's today's RTBC.

I'd be cheerful if I managed a day without a bar of chocolate😞

    It’s December 4th already!

In my Tesco delivery today we had two Cadbury’s chocolate advent calendars, one for us and one from the food bank. The problem was one of the calendars arrived a bit bashed and a chocolate was exposed. My wife tasted it and deemed it very nice. Obviously I had to check as well to be sure she wasn’t lying and, before you know it, it’s December 2nd. But those chocolates were small and it seemed proper to have another - each. Thus it’s now December 4th.

On a positive note, a couple of days ago I finished wrapping all the Christmas presents and today I finished writing the Christmas cards. #smugface.

    Ooh err @LG_ :#
I won't ask how...but at least you're still here to eat the much needed chocolate  :D

Me? Rude? @Nanny Beach? Perish the thought..... ;)
I would personally like one that's sharp so that I could poke it at the offending knobs [lycra clad runners usually]  when they try to force me into the oncoming traffic on narrow pavements.  :|

Or into the bicycle spokes of pavement cyclists but unfortunately it would probably damage the pokey stick

That hotel has made me weep 😢
