Hello everyone. Mine's a mug of tea though. Well I wonder what today might bring.

More tea, Vicar? Where on earth did that comment come from (get researching PF unless you already know)? It continually reduces my brothers to sniggers as they say it every time they burp.

Morning ladies. Still snowing here - has been for nearly 24hrs and looks set in for the day. Forecast to stop this evening then clear skies and cold, sunny days. Looks as though some of the runs may be open (visibility looks poor at the moment though) but I think OH is going this afternoon.

Snow plough has just been round the campsite and the avalanche team are busy setting off small controlled explosions on the mountains. Helicopter buzzing around observing.

Love the Simon’s Cat cartoons - always well observed. Two things about all the cats I’ve served and never really understood - why they can’t resist sitting in a box - the smaller the better (shoebox is the most extreme I’ve seen) and why they like to pretend they’re a hat. Guess their slave’s head is a good source of heat... Used to quite like it in a way.

Hope Debs enjoyed her evening of culture.

I wouldn’t mind another cuppa tea - but that would mean getting out of bed..... Lazy day for me involving books, films and paints.

Has anyone heard from Runners? I do hope she’s doing ok.
Heaven is ... sitting in the garden with a G&T and a cat while watching the sun go down

Ooops manners! Morning PF, Chive, Ruby and T'Bird. I love hearing about lots of snow - something that I have missed this winter - and I hope that your OH gets out for a downhill run T'Bird. I guess you will be dipping into the programmes/films you recorded before your departure. I hope that Runners is doing ok too. I remember one of my old cats stuffing his head inside the hole on one of those square tissue boxes and getting it stuck. His resultant panic as he tore around the living room colliding with everything until I was able to get hold of him was funny to see but I stifled my laughter because I realised he was terrified. Lots of reassuring cuddles were needed. Needless to say he never tried that again.

Morning all.  Tea for me too.  it’s sunny here.  We only had snow briefly here and it didn’t lie.  Have a restful day.
