I haven't seen PF today. I hope that she is ok. Maybe she is listening to all her opera CDs. Yoo hoo PF and a yoo hoo to Pottie too.

Maybe she’s refereeing a feline wrestling match....

Badoodly cold here again now the sun’s gone down. It was lovely at about lunchtime and one couple were sat outside their campervan drinking bubbles with a little table set with a vase of tulips. That’s what I call class...

Sauna & curry this evening were winter warmers.

T'Bird - your fellow holiday makers with bubbles and tulips. Maybe its a birthday or an anniversary. Sauna and curry sounds lovely though. I hope that you don't have to make too many dashes to your bathroom tonight.
Hello Chive. nice to see you. It was a proper Spring day today.

LB - we have an on board bathroom for nightime visits...

My God but this is a penetrating cold - like Norway last year but on steroids. Ice on the inside of the bedroom windows this mornings. Haven’t seen that since I moved out of the family home 40+ years ago. My parents had central heating installed in the 60’s but never used it for reasons I never fully understood - didn’t reach as far as my bedroom anyway, so Jack Frost was a regular visitor in the winter. Remember those days when it was so cold you woke up with a headache?

This holiday is the first time I’ve used the full 4.5 + 9 tog duvet - usually cope with one or t’other and maybe a hottie. Saving the hotties for if we get really desperate.

That said- it’s still a beautiful spot and the skiing has been good (apparently...!).

Debs - enjoy your b’day break.

My first house was like that T'Bird. Beautiful frost patterns on the inside of the single glazed windows. No central heating - a mobile gas heater that produce a heck of a lot of water vapour. My clear shampoo would go opaque in the bathroom and the u-bend on the sink froze solid on occasion.
