Good evening to all. Thanks for worry all, I,m alive. Last week flew so quickly, just like whole January. I have a lot to do but it is not hard work, just need lot of time. The greatest news from me is that I ordered seed potatoes. Same amount like last year (100 kg). Weather is too warm here with rain and fog last few days. I read that T'bird is on one more travel, Songbird is with us again and many other things. Songbird, that is wonderful gesture. How are you all?
Hi Ante, that’s a lot of potatoes. Weather has been very windy and not so cold with rain though. A parcel arrived today miraculously very speedily indeed. I’ve been into the city for an appointment and roads very busy. Well on 31st we begin to leave EU it could be at a snails pace though.
Hello Ante - good to see you. That’s a lot of potatoes again!
Yes I’m on the road. We’re now in Garmische-Partenkirchen in Bavaria until Saturday. I can’t remember where your sister lives but I think it’s not as far south as this.
We’re all still a little shocked and upset by Joyce’s death and it’s her funeral today so that’s why we’re all a bit quiet.
She was such a positive person that she wouldn’t want people to be sad for too long. She would be pleased to see us all start chatting about gardening and normal stuff again and looking forward to spring.
It’s been ridiculously mild in Germany as well but it’s about to change. Heavy snow forecast here for tomorrow & Wednesday and then clear and very cold. ❄️❄️⛄️⛷

Good evening everyone. I know that I said I would see you tomorrow but I have received a message from Sameena, via Fairygirl who managed to get to Joyce's funeral. I was intending to go too but this cold has really taken it out of me and I'm still full of it.
The funeral went well and Sameena wants us all to know how much everyone on the forum meant to Joyce and how grateful she is for all the cards she received. Sameena doesn't want any flowers but if people would wish to make a donation then it can be made to Crossroads (Carers Society).
Oh PF. That picture is so beautiful. LC's little furry bunker looks very comfortable and I love his little teddy bear. Paw situated just within grab reach should anyone try to move it.
Cacoethes: An irresistible urge to do something inadvisable
LB - I know how much you’d like to have gone to Joyce’s funeral - but it was a very long drive even on a lovely summer’s day. This would have been in poor weather, when you’re feeling poorly and probably quite a bit in the dark. You made the sensible decision.
It’s lovely that @Fairygirl was able to represent Joyce’s forum friends - thank you for going.
Pansy - LC looks very comfortable in his little house - I hope Elsa doesn’t bully him out of it. Has his appetite picked up again?

I'm still waiting to get my parcel with seeds. This year it needs a ridiculous long time to arrive from UK.
No snow here, only rain and wind in forecast. It should be colder next few days.
Pansy, how is the life with cats? Any improvement?
