Looks like you have a cause for the pain then, @Hostafan1
I wonder how long until they chop it out?
Moira has never looked back since having hers out.
Had an email from the Labour Party today, asking for me to do some canvassing. They must have short memories, I was fairly rude to them not that long ago, when I resigned. Not sure they would want me advising people to vote for someone else.

  • Well that explains a lot @Hostafan1 ... hope they whip it out quick ... 💡 maybe they could do a 2for 1 sort of thing with you and Hub to cut down on the travelling 😉
OH is back ... plaice and oven chips are being sorted 👍

If I lived nearer you, I'd gladly ferry you back and forth @Hostafan1.
    I wouldn't charge too much either.... ;)
Have you got someone who could help though?

@punkdoc- trouble is - they all have short memories/

@Hostafan1. If you can make your appointments for afternoons I will come and get you, I’m not too familiar with Exeter but if you direct, I’ll drive.

  • Just caught up again sorry to hear of all the trials & tribulations. My mum always said a cold lasts a week if you treat it 7 days if you don't. How I wish that was true. Me & OH had the lurg weeks ago we both still have the after effects of catarrh etc even now.
Hope you get sorted soon Hosta.

I'm glad you have an answer Hosta - it's been going on so long.

Sorry to hear about your Dad, Chicky

Hope the lurgy afflicted a) keep it to themselves and b) feel better soon. I never get to stay in bed when I'm unwell. OH always contrives to have something I absolutely have to get up and do, no matter how bad I feel.

Evening. Just back from my Xmas party. Lovely meal, cocktails and company but, understandably, the youngsters wanted to go to a pub afterwards. Friday night, standing up on the roof terrace with smokers all around and loud drunk people is just not for me any more. I will enjoy all the hangover messages from everyone tomorrow though.

Hope you all ok - particularly all those contending with ailments or rough times.

Glad you enjoyed your 'do' @AuntyRach. I'm with you on the noisy after bit though.
