That's my kind of lawn Lirio! Not fussy, useful to wildlife!  ;)

Jet black sky followed by hail, followed by a power cut followed by thunder.
Kinda glad I'm not out there working.
    Devon.
  • Hi everyone, good to hear from you Wonky, sad about the Fires in OZ Pat, the pictures on the news look bad your ones only add to it.
Get well soon all with ailments.

    Afternoon folks.
We just had the hail storm... don’t fancy the power cut.
My garden and I live in South Wales.
  • Lovely festive wreath @WonkyWomble 🌲
I started writing Christmas cards but have spent the rest of the afternoon asleep on the sofa 🛋 😴
Sounds a bit grim down in the southwest ... hang onto your hard hats down there ... the weather man says it’s going to get worse down there before it gets better. 💨  Apparently we’re getting stronger winds here in the east tomorrow but ours will be ‘wintery’ ❄️  Can you tell I’ve got the telly on 😂

So far so good, heavy rain this afternoon but wind much less than predicted. Managed to get out before lunch and actually did some gardening. Spent the afternoon doing genealogy, my second major hobby.

  • Night night ... sweet dreams all ... hope those on the south and west aren’t being too battered ...

blowin' a proper gale out there now, even by local standards, it's blowy.
    Devon.
  • Good morning all 😊 ☕️
Hope those in the path of the storm are ok and no real damage has been done.
Wet and breezy here but apparently the winds are likely to get a bit stronger ... but not expecting storms here in the east.
