  • Hi everyone, just looking in at last after 4 days of "family" in one location or another we are having a nice quiet day at last. Managed a short walk too this am, it is dry & bright here for a change. I seem to have banjaxed my right hand & forearm again no idea what triggered it this time but it Bl**dy hurts, so the enforced rest this week might help sort it. All the best to everyone.

That sounds quite painful @Allotment Boy - lets you off any digging/cooking/housework though.

    Evening.

Just relaxing after out belated Christmas dinner. Plenty of leftovers so done a plate for my Dad plus we can have bubble&squeak tomorrow 😋
I have a bit of a tickly ‘froat so hope that doesn’t develop into anything 😷

Had a lovely pressie from my nieces - a felting set - anyone tried that craft?

    Have a relaxing evening all.
My garden and I live in South Wales.
  • Take care of that throat @AuntyRach ... it’s how my lurgy started 🙄

I did felting as part of a textiles module on the Foundation at Art School
... great fun and lots of potential to do stuff with it. 😊

Not happy about the proximity of the fire. Hubby still not home.

  • Hi @Pat E ((hugs))
I was just listening to the radio news and thinking of you. Can you contact hubby?

I’ve tried several times, but they must be out of range.😡

  • Oh flippin ‘eck @Pat E
I suppose all you can do is wait. I’m sure that if the fire was heading in your direction he’d be getting back to you straight away. ((Hugs))

I can only hope, Dove.  It’s driving me to distraction.

  • I’m sure it is @Pat E ((hugs)). Can you keep yourself occupied to help the time pass ... whilst staying alert and keeping yourself safe of course.
