    Morning all.
Yes @Pat E very jealous of 30C . There was frost a few miles away yesterday.
Pitch black outside so can't decide if it's "dry weather hair " or "wet weather hair"

    Morning and G’day @Pat E
    30?!?! That’s just showing off 😉😂
Up early (early for me) as I have a course in Cardiff today. Can’t tell you what the weather is doing as still dark!
    Have a good day all.

Morning all/afties Pat. That's lovely news for your grandson.  :)
Too hot for me too - 30 degrees :o, but it's dry just now here, but showers and rain forecast. Just got my outdoor jobs finished before the rain started yesterday, so I was quite pleased. Frost forecast for tonight.
Hope all goes well with Dad @chicky, and you too with your course @AuntyRach. :)

    Good morning all 😊 ☕️
We’ve woken to thick fog 🌫

Does anyone look back with fondness on those days before the board had a flagging system ... when we would wake to a forum whose first 3 or 4 pages was full of spam from East Asian advertisers ... how hard some posters worked in order to move authentic queries back to the front page so that new posters questions didn’t get lost?  Those were the days eh!?

And then the flagging system was introduced so that suspected spam could be flagged and sent to the Mods so they could decide whether to delete or reinstate it. That has made the forum function so much better and made the Mods’ life a bit easier too. Anyone wish that the flagging system hadn’t been introduced ... ? 🙄 😉 Those were the good old days eh? 😂

It's a very good system indeed @Dovefromabove. It can get a bit hectic when some ofthem are all over the place, but it's good for us - gets the old brain cells going  :D

Good morning.  Grey here but dry so far tho it looks like there's rain at les Sables where we are heading today for patch admin at the council and then farmers' market, lunch and weekly shop.

30C sounds fine to me @Pat E.  Sit back and enjoy it and don't worry about your mojo.  It's had a lot to deal with and will return wen you're ready.  Congrats to grandson.

@Chicky - will the garden not provide enough exercise?

@Busy-Lizzie no CH yet tho I am now wearing warmer trousers and a 2 layers on top half.   Summer duvet will go on this weekend when we change the sheets.  Have yet to need a winter duvet here.

Enjoy your day @AuntyRach and everyone else.

Good news about your grandson @pat ... hope all works out well for him 👍

Not just frost, it was little ice balls where the dew had frozen,  warmer last night though and that wet nothingness weather today.

    Morning all.
Rain forecast for today, 13° this afternoon. My heating is set at 19° for day, 16° for night but it's not coming on at night. I'm going to stay a night with daughter 2 who lives nearer Bordeaux so it's warmer there. Not taking laptop.

Heating on at night?!?! Think we’ve only ever done that once and that was in the big freeze .... the Beast from the East ... when we had several feet of snow piled up outside for weeks. ⛄️
