Over the years there’s been a huge increase in trade with mainland Europe with a vast proportion of it passing through ports in East Anglia ... we await Ā future developments with a great deal of interest ... a lot of jobs and families rely on those ports ...Ā

Tucked up in bed now ... sweet dreams all 😓

Hi everyone. I’ve been lounging around the last two days after our trip to Canberra. I even nodded off today on the sofa. Ā I need to get motivated soon to do something about dinner. It’s a pity that Hubby isn’t currently the cook. šŸ˜‰

So sorry to hear about your Mum’s experience, Yviestevie. Such a worry.Ā

    Best wishes to all.Ā

Morning all/afties Pat. I think you can have a few lazy days without any guilt at all. I reckon you're feeling a bit more like yourself tooĀ Ā  :)
The garden can wait @Yviestevie - some time for yourself too.Ā  :)
Glad your day was good @chicky. Hope your Dad is doing alright now too. I was at the cemetery last weekend, and find it hard to believe it's a decade since my Dad died.Ā
The sun has come out here. Can I dare to think it'll stay.... :D

It’s almost 10 years since our daughter died as well Fairy. Ā I’ve been thinking about her a lot lately. 😊

Those kinds of anniversaries are always difficult @Pat E. Love to you both from the fairies xxx
I find myself doing things, and thinking, this is what Dad would have done, and I smile. It's usually the silly things - worrying to the nth degree about a tiny little process which only matters to meĀ  :)

How can you lie there and think of England
