Cardiac day investigation - trial by treadmill in my words. 😳 BirminghamMarc. Or in other words, old age.

Blue definitely isn't my colour @Dovefromabove, even though I wear a lot of jeans!
Forgot to comment on your lovely pix Pat. The turtleshell especially, but it's worrying how low your water is.  That's a good practise 'walk'  for tomorrow though  ;)
I've optimistically put washing on - it's certainly windy enough, even if the sun doesn't hang around.
A little walk is on the cards too.

I wear a lot of blue ... but not electric blue ... but then I’m not on the telly 😎

I had the treadmill treatment the once trying to find the reason behind chest pains. I had to use the treadmill to raise my heart beat. We all get old pat, it don't make you any less of a person. I've aged terrible not looks but body wise in the past year and gained arthritis and nerve pain 😢 hope you get on OK mate and remember everyone gets old one day

That's only Bowie that wears electric blue...blue,blue eletcric blue.... ;)
I will get my coat after that very bad joke. I need it anyway - there's a guid chilly breeze up the Trossachs, if you catch my drift.
I may even say 'Fochabers' - like Ken does now and again  :D

Good morning.  Feeling almost hooman today but still coughing.  OH is lagging behind and has just reached the snuffling and sneezing phase and is feeling sorry for himself.   Watching bl**dy golf at the mo and then rugby so I shall tootle off and do something different.

Forecast has changed and it is wet and likely to stay that way all day except for brief spells so I shall nip out and do my rose cuttings at the very least.  The roses in the new bed are looking happy so maybe I'll get another couple planted.

If not, plenty to do indoors including changing sheets.  Might even put a duvet on this time.

Good luck @Pat E for tomorrow.   Try to relax about it.   Great pic of those shells.   Bit late now but hope the deliveries go well @Hostafan1.  Hope you get your walk @Fairygirl.

@BirminghamMarc1972 have you had a bang to the head?   You seem to have a whole new personality.

Morning girls, nice bright sunny one, ice on the car!
If the garden’s not too soggy I may get out there and do something. Not sure what, lots still in flower.
Love Elton John, I used to be friends with a girl that was his housekeeper. Stories to make your hair curl.
