Early to bed and early to rise eh? 😆
Its a damp morning, but it feels milder than of late ... growing weather 😊
I’ve got an exciting week ahead 😃
On Wednesday I’m going on a U3A trip down to ‘Constable Country’ ... an area I know and will enjoy visiting at this time of year 😊
On Thursday @WonkyWomble is coming for the day to help me with gardening jobs I can’t do because of this flippin’ shoulder and OH hasn’t been able to do because of his increased work hours. I’ve made a list and we’re going to have a lovely day 😊
Then on Sunday she and I have a visit to Bressingham
    Gardens planned B)

Morning Dove - have you not got any improvement with your shoulder? That's very frustrating  :/
Good and wet here, and back to single figures, but the garden was needing a good watering after the high temps we've had recently. Good growing weather, as you say.

Good morning.  Wet and soggy here but not heavy rain so I'm hoping it'll soak in quietly.

We've been so busy since the in-laws left and have such a busy week next week we shall have to spend at least half the day doing a much needed clean all round but we're rewarding ourselves with lunch out at the plant fair tomorrow.

Sounds like you have a busy week coming up Dove with lots of fun.  Enjoy.   Loads of photos please.  Hope your shoulder clears up soon.  Are you having physio?   Have to say my trapezius still complains if I overdo things.

Cool here too FG and we've probably jinxed the weather for a while as we bought a Jamie Oliver round grill tray for the BBQ yesterday.  Still, no chance to use it for at least 2 weeks so maybe normal service will be resumed by then.

Hope you're feeling better today Pat, Islander and LP.   Have a good day all, whatever you're doing.  I quite envy your boat trip Pdoc.

Morning folks 😊 The shoulder thing seems to be one of the possible repercussions of having an under active thyroid.  I had exactly the same problem with the other shoulder a couple of years ago. I was given exercises and advice by the physio so I’m doing all that again. Apparently it’s caused by extraneous bony bits growing and then interfering with ligaments/tendons whatever. The bony bits will dissolve ... apparently the dissolving is painful too 🙄 They can do keyhole surgery but there can be complications, or they can shatter the bony bits with ultrasound or whatever but that’s even more 😖 If it’s going to be painful whatever I do, and it’s going to get better anyway I might just as well put up with it and wait.
Im not sure that anything the physio did had any effect ... TBH she didn’t think so either but tried.
