Good morning all. I’ve been off air for a while. Feeling a bit low.

    This is our morning today.

Good morning all  :) ☕️ Hello @Pat 😊 ☕️. I’ve been woken early by the dawn chorus and blackbirds singing just outside the bedroom window.  I’m having a warm drink then I’ll try to nod off again for an hour or so. Is it still misty with you or has it lifted?  I must say I love an autumnal must occasionally ... if I don’t have to drive anywhere that is😧

It’s been a sunny day since that early morning start. Cold start. Minus 4 I think.

Good morning!   Hazy high clouds here today and set to stay that way.  Doesn't matter as I have patch all day including lunch and then dance class.

Lovely atmospheric photo Pat.  I hope you and Mr Pat are feeling better today.   Tough times so big hugs.

Big hugs 🤗 from here too Pat.

Another sunny morning  😎 .....believe a change is on the way for the weekend though 🙄

Got a day at home today, which means lunch and coffee breaks can be taken in the garden 👍🏻👍🏻

Thanks everyone . Yes he’s finding it tough, and therefore I’m not doing very well, either. We’re having trouble finding food that doesn’t taste like a spoon of salt, including a lovely crispy apple. 😡

in desperation this, afternoon I drove into town to break the feeling of depression and boredom. He had his afternoon nap while I was gone. 😴. We’re going to try baked beans on Turkish rolls tonight.

Morning all/afties Pat. Sorry you're feeling a bit rough. I expect heading into the coldest parts of the year won't help a lot either. Love to you both x
Think you're right re the weather change chicky, so it's good to make the most of it while we can. We had the highest temps on record in Scotland yesterday. Hope the thighs aren't too sore after the cycling  ;)
Our chippy does a mini supper, I. Gardener, which is ideal for me, although I don't have many of the chips. I know I'm a Scot, but I loathe Irn Bru. I hate to think what it does to people's innards, having seen the stains  it leaves on worktops that bleach doesn't even remove!
An 'apple pie/ice cream' induced nap is absolutely fine, Liri. In fact, it's mandatory  ;)

I keep pulling muscles in mine, chicky. I walk too fast when I'm out at low level each day,  and I've had to stop for a fortnight each time, so it's held me back a bit.
    It's literally  a pain in the a**e, isn't it!  :D
