@Valley Gardener Posted on Tarw thread. I know what you mean about being worn out after gardening but you don't care when you know what you have achieved.
Just dropping in rather briefly to post this April Video,..very short one,..seeing i have it in my mouse i thought to paste it now,..i will check in later tonight.
Lovely @nultyphilip224, it reminds me of how quickly the garden changes. It's nice to be able to capture it like that and l thought the music was very soothing. Loved the robin and l spotted Foxy Molly as well. Many thanks.
That was lovely @nultyphilip224. I spotted my favourite Heuchera in the turquoise pot but I forget its name. I didn't spot Foxy Molly anni, but you have such eagle eyes. I am just going to pop over to the Tarw thread now @Valley Gardener.
Lovely video @nultyphilip224. Wish my allotment had that much colour. So much work has gone into it. Foxy Molly was not going to miss her starring role. Pity Whisper wasn't around at the time but it was probably her or the robin.
I agree about the name not being the most important,..its the beauty of the bloom,..i have more no ID roses than ones with names.
The small area by the wall would be ideal to begin Geraniums,..i could send you some hardy Geranium x magnificum 'Purple Cranesbill' if i can find some that are not presently in flower,..i could take some cuttings from the Pelargoniums and as soon as they arrive you would need to have something prepared for them,..well water for a spell then into soil,..what do you think,..or perhaps i should root them them prior to sending them though it will take time?.

Your weather must really have being bad to have the Ferry not in service,..i bet that happens often in winter,..one would need to always have a good stock of food stored away.
So the Cats took you for the walk,..amazing how they get to know what you are about to do,..would they follow you on days you were going to the Ferry?
Russian Kale,..sounds like its thriving for you,..something i never grew i must admit though i did have a good field of most Veg about 15 years ago and gave it up when i moved 12 mile nearer to Town.
I took home some Flag Iris last year from along the river they are doing very well,..three days ago they started to bloom.
Today two are in full bloom.
Chilean Lantern Tree 'Crinodendron hookerianum' its Lanterns below.
Hope your weather was kind to you and you managed to get stuck into some gardening,..nice day here,..very warm 21C=70F yet it was a dull day,..of course i managed two walks with Foxy Molly,..North along the river then South along the river,..this is the second time this week to do this,..the path through a wooded area is narrow and right where i walked the last day a good sized branch fell across the path,..just goes to show walking in the woods isn't at all safe.
Overhead.
I am looking forward to seeing those Verbena swaying in the wind everyone seems to like them on this Thread.
''Cush'' seems to be in a deep sleep,..perhaps its best that he isn't really into catching young birds but prefers to just look and use his imagination lol.
Some views of the garden as usual and the wall and its plants.
The wall has blended in with the remainder of the garden.
You were lucky to have printed the post,..no internet connection,..oh i hate it when i see that but then i calm down and search for the reason why,..its very frustrating though.
Foxy Molly doesn't get enough walks on cement or tar roads and paths and so the nails tend not to wear down,..she bites them lol,..that does reduce the size of the nails but still remain sharp,..sharp enough to tear two track suit pants,..i will make an attempt to use a nail cutter though she is very wary of anything that looks like a needle or something she remembers from the Vet's.
I have started to look at the Cat Only Thread from the beginning,..there are some beautiful and unusual looking cats to be seen,..i will get to your post soon and @islander post.
As for ''Whisker'' she used to remain in the house during Winter now with the warmer weather or even if its raining she insists on remaining outside,..i placed a shelter on the garden seat to give her more shelter than she was getting from the ledge over the back door.
