Ive come down for a mug of hot milk plus Ive got a bad case of the hiccups! Noy very conducive  to trying to fall asleep…. Every few seconds a hiccup occurs and the body moves sharply  with it.
  • Sorry to hear about the hiccups, @Songbird-2
Hope the hot milk did the trick.
Now about 2:15am. I must be among the sleeping!

I woke a little while ago … I decided to put this to good use … having been unable to book my COVID jab for the past few days because the site was overloaded, I found that it was perfectly fine at 0215 … I’m booked in for Friday morning. 👍

Now I’m having a decaf and noodling on here until my brain feels tired again …

  • Still awake the weather so windy out - started to feel sleepy so will try some sleep

@Songbird-2 hiccups not good that would keep me up

@rowlandscastle444 that shower head does look a bit tricky hope you get the hang of it

    That's good news, @Dovefromabove

I've just checked, and we're supposed to get two inches of rain (five cm) later today. How about others?
Our holiday at this time of year, last year, was a washout!! Should teach me something.
  • bit wet then for you

That's on my list. We missed it last time we were down there.
    In London. Keen but lazy.
  • We're at the other end of the county, staying in a cottage standing on its own, somewhere between Ardingly and Horsted Keynes. We came down to see family, but have a break too.
