  • Yes … why is it our brains are trying to manage our diaries overnight? 🙄

Been awake since 5am - listened to some meditation for 30mins.  Then read my book until 6.30.  It is very humid and oppressive this morning, but no rain forecast now.   We should have had rain tomorrow, but it has moved away.
A good hoeing is worth two waterings.

  • Yawn … thankfully I went back to sleep …

  • Sorry to hear of your rough night everyone. Why is it that the brain kicks into overtime when you want to sleep! Between midnight and two all I could think about was the washing to get done from our weekend away, and getting the greenhouse sorted, neither of which is to fret about. Then I kept nodding off and waking. Did think about getting up and reading, but that always disturbs the hubby's sleep.🙄
  • I went to bed at 11.30, eventually went to sleep, awake at 2am. Foot problems,it was bad last night, awaiting blood tests trying to find cause.
