I had a terrible job to get to sleep, was up at 6.30, which is pretty normal at this time of the year, even with blinds and complete blackout mask, just my internal body clock!!

Severe pain in my shoulder knackers my sleep all the time, moved back to the sofa last night and no pain at all. Mind no Mrs Wilderbeast to snuggle either, and I haven't had 2 hours gardening before 7

The full moon is in 4 hours apparently. I wonder if I will get much sleep tonight? Not looking good so far... :|
If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.

Just had a wander round the garden in my pjs ... listening to hedgehogs getting friendly in the undergrowth. Now back in bed with a decaf and some paracetamol for my shoulder ... the moon was glorious around 10 ish ... The Flower Moon, apparently ... can’t see it now ... it’s clouded over.

The paracetamol appears to be working ... I’ll try to get some sleep ...

Clearly sleep is for fool's, up and about with a coffee. Heading to the greenhouse shortly to pot on cosmos
