    Very now got up and turned my compost, believe it or not it makes my shoulder feel loads better wh😀 laying in bed not moving it really doesn't help 😭😭

    Maybe you need one of those horseshoe shaped pillows to take the strain off the shoulder @Wilderbeast

    @purplerallim I've tried everything to no avail, I'm fine if I sleep on the sofa but I do miss Mrs Wilderbeast 🤣🤣

    @Wilderbeast Oh I've been there on the sofa when the stomach is bad, but then hubby wakes and comes to find out where I am disturbing us both.

     Hoping not to be awake much longer... my hospital stay has destroyed what sleep pattern I ever had.  Ah well!

    Anyone up ? Making a coffee here infernal shoulder pain 😭😭 not slept past 4am in weeks now. Going to go take cuttings once it gets light enough.

    Yes I am here and wide awake. Called home, those cats who were around have been fed... I maxed out on antihistamines last night for the nasty nettle stings all up one leg. So sorry you are not sleeping and hope your shoulder improves. I now have one shoulder and one knee ( same side!) decidedly wonky and sore.

    Wonky wrist here. Wakes me up every time I turn over. Not as bad as painful shoulders though - I had those last year (first one then the other). Took an age to get better (sorry 😞), still get twinges now and then.
    Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Soil type: sandy, well-drained
