  • Again took my time getting to sleep, and woke with the hubby at 5am, so probably 4 hours for me. Its a very grey day so will feel tired all day, unless the fog burns off and it brightens up.
  • Went to bed too late could not sleep and when did broken sleep feel so tired today and knackered looking want sleep better tonight

  • Had a long, hot, country walk (with pub lunch) in the West Sussex countryside today. Hoping that will have tired me out sufficiently to give me better sleep. 

    I not walked so far for more than three years. More of the same tomorrow. Maybe not quite so far!!
