Isn't that just the way it goes @wild edges all too often for me. Could get off to sleep again last night, but was so tired didn't get up. Saw 2,3,and 4am, then must have nodded, as woken by hubby getting up at 5am. Thought like you @tui34 that just a bit longer would help, only to wake at 8.30! Do hate that , it feels like I have missed half of the day!
After a week of broken sleep I usually crash, that was last night. I managed SEVEN HOURS, and only woke once, bliss. Oh I hope the cycle is now broken for a while.🤞
Too tired to check in last night, but I lay awake until gone 3am. Had set the alarm for 6.45am, but already awake at 6. I’d made a packed breakfast to eat on the train, to save time getting ready, but as I was awake so early, I had my usual porridge before getting ready. Ate the second breakfast as a mid morning snack! Feeling rotten now, eyelids drooping.
