Been sorting out the rose obelisks today in  readiness for putting up a new rose arch at the weekend.  Did a bit of deadheading too on the Dahlias.

Does anyone else just feel too cold to do any gardening?

Im got to cut the lawn and scarify, and finish off the garden building this weekend.

The I need to dig up the gladioli and get all the bulbs I need for spring...

JoeX , personally I don’t dig up Gladioli bulbs at allotment just mulch them and leave them in ground
However , if it’s get really cold just put on thermals !!!

It's definitely getting a bit nippy - I'm considering whether to swap the shorts for jeans.

@Biglad don't surrender like that, I wear shorts all year and get lots of comments indeed (mostly people just think I'm barmy 🤣🤣). Not getting much gardening done due to a large bathroom refit (had to create a new dorma roof) at home and to much work elsewhere.

You are as bad as my postman @Wilderbeast he stays in shorts unless it snows, and then not if the sun comes out.🤣
The greenhouse is in winter mode, half the bulbs are in, just the tulips to do, the pansies are in the pots to give colour until spring, the grass scarified,  and a side area seeded with wildflowers ( an experiment) still pulling the odd carrot.  Keep looking at the strawberry plants and wondering whether to pull them and refresh next year.
