Good morning.  Very misty start to the day so I've lazed in bed reading The Garden for October.  Lovely stuff on salvias and dahlias and The Pottery garden.   Sun starting to peak thru now so homework this am and then pots this pm.

Hugs Pat.  Understandable to feel down and please, don't hesitate to share.   Virtual hugs are better than none.    We are a long way form any flood zone thankfully and also a long way from Carcassonne which we visited about 10 years ago while Possum was on a riding holiday organised by our riding school neighbours in Belgium.   The town is very old and very lovely but they don't allow dogs on teh rampart walls so we were somewhat limited in what we saw.   Rasta's first holiday with us and she did very much enjoy her scraps of duck and steak from our lunch.

Hope the next 2 days go well Chicky and for anyone else with pressures at the coalface.

FG - how many fairy cakes?   Fess up, and were they chocolate?
Vendée - 20kms from Atlantic coast.

Waiting for SM delivery so I can make a start on a cake for OH’s team meeting tomorrow. Apple and blackberry maybe?
