Morning Pdoc 😊 love Beechgrove and even garden rescue, it's my evening viewing instead of the tosh that's on TV normally 😉

Morning Dove, tried outfit on, everything still fits and seems to go together ok, just need to find a thousand hair pins now!

I did Pdoc.  A raised looks like the way to go for mine so I can get them the moisture retention they need and make the surface uninviting to the bloody slugs.   7 more hosta crowns rescued yesterday with hardly any leaf left and all of those teeny, as tho they'd just been transplanted.  They're in the IC ward now.

I forgot to mention that to Hosta, doc. It was quite a nice item  :)
When do you head up here for your hols?

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

Back from Waitrose. Time for a cup of real tea.
@punkdoc, thanks for the heads up, I'll catch it on iPlayer.
@Obelixx no complaints here due to lack of rain . I'd much rather have sun and heat. I don't have a water meter so I'll be watering with gay abandon.
A bit of pottering for me this morning then there's a sun bed with my name written all over it which needs my attention this afternoon.

As long as you don't find yourself sharing the terrace with Bazeeeeeeeeeeel!!!!

    Hiya fairy.
Hopefully heading up in July, probably just as the weather breaks.

Fingers crossed, but no sign of our little visitors for 2 days now.
I've just watched the Hostas on Beechgrove. I feel so inadequate. "500 varieties"??? I've not quite hit 200 yet.
    Must try harder.

I really hope it stays fine for you doc. July's always  a bit iffy though. As long as it's reasonable [semi dry!] for you, I'm sure you won't mind. I always remember my older daughter's birthday parties being tricky - children with goosebumps and looking miserable in the wind as I vainly tried to keep them outside to play games!  :D
Who's gay abandon Hosta - and does she mind helping you....

@Fairygirl, you're probably too young to remember a presenter on GW by this name:

I always thought she sounded like a dating site. ;)
