People on the plot seem keen and it's not until July so we will see how it goes. If this weather doesn't improve soon I doubt there will be many plants to show off!

The weather was mixed here. It started cold then the sun came out, followed by showers, then hail stone and sun again. Never known a day like it....

Prepared a bed for planting. Planted out some chard and did more seed sowing and planting up. Picked some rubarb and noticed some asparagus finally poking through.

Zoomer , chard that I planted last year is still putting out new leaves , so decided to leave it and see what happened , have in the past dug it up and composted it  :)

GWRS...I'll be pleased if my chard is equally productive.
Also bought some mammoth leeks today, I also have some normal sized one's sown a few weeks ago.

Did a lot this morning at the Woolston garden project sorting out planning an open day in June, made a compost bin and tidied up beds and paths harvested parsnip - we found a few slow worms
Went to the tip with the weeds and twigs and then lots of rotted wood from plot

Never been to a football match, it's on my boot list. Friend has a season ticket for Man city, she thinks best to go to a local match then watch a premier team.

More potting up, I've loads to plant out...
