Gardengirl, I have just had some more Diary pages today
Been up to plot to day , more watering , at least the weeds aren’t growing
Going up Friday to redo netting around cabbages & sprouts . Need to do some fence repairs
Been a good year for soft fruits , o/h won’t pick any more for freezer or jam making  :)

Agree been a good year for soft fruits
Courgettes are marrows and getting bigger by the day , have given a few away
Pattipan squash’s are going mad again giving loads away
Picked a load of French beans , O/H has pickled some , rest to go in freezer
Going well , just a bit warm B)

Hello again , met to say , each year try and grow something different , this year it was Apragus peas , had some with Dinner , neither of us liked them , reminded me of stringy runner beans !

GWRS Pretty red flowers though on the pea seen at Parham house in garden

Went took apart some pallets for shed floor, went to allotment later on - followed a Fire engine into site went up first road lucky not my area or shed - not sure what for
Bit of shed sorting and watering - harvested the blackberries from off plot today and other day - are very sour had a crumble
Noticed the pumpkin from another allotmenteer is well taking off under sweetcorn

Big Butterfly count is on now so having a go at that
