did some digging today in super hot heat - that will be an area for the sweetcorn, lots more rubbish in the soil tins, plastic, metal and lots of bits of glass - but then I have not dug that area yet
The blue tits must of fledged yesterday missed that from neighbours plot bird house did see one sticking its head out for a few days so cute
Went to the tip with the other crate today

It must have been the hottest day of the year here. To hot for me, went to the plot to water and sow some chard, lettuce, spinach and dwarf beans.

This has got to be a record, lettuce seeds have germinated.

Went to the plot this evening as it was cooler. Planted up some aubergines, watered and did some weeding.

Zoomer that was fast to germinate - my weeds grew like mad in that rain, have chopped some down
Snap Scroggin I planted a cucumber today, the nematodes you did at the right time with the rain.      I think I need to do some in garden not done for a few years, at plot do have a lot of leather jacket bugs - daddy long legs larvae

Did a good lot of digging, also getting bitten by a red ant on my back and arm and stung by nettles really nice hot day with sun

check in on chickens and watered them and gave grass, got a few eggs which is nice as every time we looked mostly no eggs maybe the allotment friend took them even though we were asked to look after the chickens and water his greenhouse and the friend has chickens too

Well got some eggs to make cakes, got my pack today for cup cake day 14th June to help support alzheimer's society good stuff in pack balloons, cake flags, posters, games
