Good job he wasn't here last week. He'd have needed a fur coat.

Good evening Friday fans. Shattered post work so did a quickie supper of House Pizza - which is a shop bought pizza embellished with mushrooms, olives, herbs and sausage etc - was pretty good.
I have solved the mystery of tiny white blobs on my car... there is a line of them along the driver's side window and mirror...???
when I parked this evening, a little long-tailed tit flew over and landed on the window ledge... aha! Think they must be nesting in the Yew Hedge next to where I park.

I hope you you are all doing ok. Here's to a great weekend ahead. Any plans??
My garden and I live in South Wales.

I do that with pizza. I buy supermarket frozen for about £1.50 and then put added toppings on, and chuck it in the oven.  No way would I pay 10 quid for a delivered soggy one in a box.  10 quid on a plant Yes, on a pizza, No.

Dove this corner of Ipswich is very desirable for birds, I've been feeding them for eighteen years and word has got round! My black cap showed up in the bad weather and has stuck around since, I'm very pleased!
Early night as doing a vintage market tomorrow so an early start, car is loaded up, hoping to clear some hoarding collections! Then home for a snack and snooze as it's my belated birthday party tomorrow night! 😜 expect not to see me early Sunday unless the party is still going and I pop on to see if Hosta is sleep and say morning to Pat! 😉
Pdoc the music will be live house djs then a chill album like Primal Screams screamadelica to wind up, glad you are feeling more in n charge of things, feel free to unload to us, that is what we are here for! 😊
have a lovely weekend all 😀

Birds , found nest on allotment with 2 eggs , they are blue , wondered what bird they belonged to ?

Starlings' eggs are blue, GWRS.  How big were the eggs?  And where was the nest, & what was it made of?  You might need to sit on your allotment and see which bird arrives on the nest, to be sure.   :)

(Don't know if I missed this, GWRS - but did you go somewhere warm for your holidays?  Hope you had a good time.)

If I had £4million I'd definitely not spend it on that Norfolk house.  I'd find that view incredibly boring... give me hills any day!  But each to their own.   ;)
Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.

Back from the concert. Fewer people than usual in the audience, hope it's better tomorrow. Really good performance though.

I don't have forum home either and it seems that the page is shorter, maybe it's stuck and forum home is there but we can't scroll down to it.

PS. I wouldn't mind the Norfolk view, but the house isn't period enough or cosy enough for me, too big and bleak and bare looking inside.

Dove, when we had our gorgeous Tudor farmhouse in Kent (broke my heart to leave it to come to France) I kept animals like you, Jersey cows, sheep, ducks, chickens, quail, Border Collies.
