I thought there were 20 posts per page, looks to now be 10, probably in an effort to make the pages less weighty if stacked with images.

I think the forum layout is different depending on whether you're on desktop or mobile. On a mobile device it also changes when you switch from portrait to landscape (turning it sideways).

I see "Forum home" in the top left corner, under Gardeners' World.com. Tapping it takes me to the main page, as does tapping "Recent discussions" at the bottom , under the text box.

Hi guys, thanks for reporting the 'Forum home' button - I'll look into it. In the meantime, you can either scroll back to the top of the page and click 'Forum home' in the top left, or click 'Recent discussions' from the green menu in the top right of the page (desktop or tablet). On mobile, the same green menu will appear at the bottom of the page as well as the top.

You're right regarding the number of posts on one page - and @Wayside is correct - I changed the number of posts to 10 per page last week, rather than 20, to help with the image loading times. I'm hoping the combined effect of that plus the planned file size limit change will help those with slower internet.

Thanks Nora.  My hands really miss the forum home button.

Hi Nora, l see that on the "Rezzers" thread, they have managed to get some of the old emojis back. Is it possible for you to get them back on the forum, or do we have to do what they have done ?

AnniD. What we have done on the rezzers thread is save the emojis from old threads as pictures and insert as you would a photo.

@AnniD Not possible I'm afraid  :( But you can try the method @Pauline 7 has explained. Here's a screenshot of the old emojis:

Morning Nora, is the home button to return at some point?
