    Either you've ticked the Hide Signatures box in 'Signature Settings', or you're accessing the site on a mobile phone or a device which is using the mobile phone version of the forum.

    Hello Nora! I'm still getting loads of edits after I post. Is this still being fixed or is it just my ancient laptop and windows 7?

    Don't worry about them Floralies they dissappear when you post.  We all get them. Nora knows about them.

    Thanks Pauline, I did know there was a problem but thought it may have been sorted and I was doing something wrong!

    I haven't tested this, but I have a theory that the number of "edit buttons" is related to the number of corrections I've made when writing a post.
    Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.

    The post above gave me 2 edit buttons, which is the same as the number of errors I corrected, going along.  I've corrected one in this post...

    I think it has gone to the bottom of a very long list as it is not causing any problems for anyone.

    Hi guys, yes it's still on the list... It's proving quite difficult to fix so we may need to remove it and keep the edit function within the cog icon, as it was in the beta version of the forum.

    Does it matter if we get loads of Edits?  How many people will recognise the cog as an Edit button with no help?
