    God morning everyone.

Reasonably bright here, cold but no wind.  A good morning for gardening, or a walk... but both OH and I have (different) U3A meetings to attend; I'm going to Art to see if I can stir up some inspiration, and OH leads a Music Appreciation group.  Maybe I can get a bit done outdoors this afternoon...

Good luck for the root canal, Joyce.  And the warm-hand test, Aunty Rach!

    Happy sowing, PDoc.

Evening. Nice to hear about seed-sowings and signs of Spring - I have some little narcissus on the patio which I think will be open by the weekend.

The nerve conduction test was straightforward- but when they say "slight discomfort", what they actually mean is electric shocks which make your eyes water and make you decide between gritting your teeth or shouting out a swear word! Most unpleasant. I dont have a trapped nerve/carpal tunnel though - so hurray for that.

If anyone watched the SAS programme this week with the interrogation exercise - these electric shocks would have been ideal for the physical and mental discomfort tests!

Hope everyone ok. I'm just about to pour a whiskey-cream liqueur if anyone fancies... cheers!

Dacha, what a great sound from that children's chorus!  image

Too cold for pottering here too.  A nithering wind sprang up... had to resort to ironing to keep myself out of mischief.  Now enjoying the fabulous Winterwatch.
