    Lovely photos

I have only seen very faint northern lights, whilst in Scotland.

When I was in the Arctic, it was permanent daylight, probably just as well, as I was sleeping in a tent. It might have been a bit cold in winter.

Obelixx, the housesitter lives about an hour away, but when he looks after our house and animals he lives in our house.

Going out to eat at the pub we found on our walk. Will save washing up on our last night.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
  • Fidget, you can only bring the puppy home if you bring me one too! I loved the trip and would do it again-we should have gone on the midnight skidoo trip, but the snow was blowing so bad that the guides wouldn't take usimageSo, at one o'clock in the morning, me and hubby built a snowman on deck-we called him 'Sid the Snow Troll'. The staff thought it was hilarious. His head had fallen off by morning!!

  • I can't believe how strong the winds are tonight.
I nipped out to get my wife some milk and got blown into the fecking pub.image

Blowing a bit here, as the boat turned into a fjord, half the glasses and cutlery were sliding off the tables, then a big crash from the direction of the kitchen. oops.

Hubby is back on the Stugeron .

    No lights tonight so far
