Morning everyone. We’re in the midst of a thunder/drizzle storm at the moment. Hubby had almost got dinner cooked when his Fire brigade pager went off.

An hours later he is home. Dinner to be resumed after a shower.

Somehow I totally forgot to get a haggis ... we'll have to have our Burns Night next week image

LP - drove past Burn's cottage yesterday.......garlands of flowers on the thatched roof made it look very pretty.

Good morning.  Wet, wet, wet here and set to be even wetter this pm.

Only had haggis once and it was better than I expected.    Happy Burns Night for all those who indulge.

I expect Jessie will have just settled down when it'll be time to go home again.

Sun's shining here - woop image. There's a haggis lurking in the fridge. The dog's had his last chemo yesterday and is sleeping soundly now. Should be a good day today image

Sweet little poodle, Pat. Amazing photos Fidget. I am in awe of your ambition Obs - I have been thinking - with some trepidation - of hemming some curtains. Gawd knows where I'd even start with a jacket.

Hope everyone gets a bit of a let up in the weather - be it too hot, too cold, too wet or just too dark. The long range forecast for the UK is a dry and settled spell on the way image (they have been wrong before, of course, but here's hoping they are right this time).

Obelixx - very pleased to hear that toes are improving. I can now walk further without my walking stick which is great.

Your pond must be filling up well after all the rain you have had.

Sunny and dry here too raisingirl.  We are due a decent spell of weather.
