Thanks DL. That looks yummy. I used to run an international cookery group which had 2 Iranian members and their food was always luscious. Very clever with rice which always had to be basmati. OH will love that so I shall be trying it soon.
Fish and chips is fine by me too Clari but only once or twice a year. Too easy to over indulge and not always easy to find mayo for the chips. I've gone Belgian and don't do vinegar anymore. I hope the kitchen was still clean. How was the muddy field?

Obelixx.....love the "I've gone Belgian and don't do vinegar anymore." I always hated vinegar and freaking salt......why oh why did they keep putting it on my fish and chips when all I wanted was to taste real fish and chips..................just like sugar and milk in tea ......tea is tea.....in Dublin when I was growing up it was not unusual to have .....three maybe even four spoons of sugar and a big gloop of full fat milk ....lovely .....actually I miss it
