I think a lot of people have been watching the tennis, BL.  And there's a test match on too...

Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.

Been to Maastricht.  Very hot but we do like it.  Great market for fabrics and fresh fruit and veg and fish and a lovely town too.   Only an hour from Namur and full of Belgians as it's even closer to Liège.

Very sticky in Namur despite the storms yesterday - pic of one looming over the citadel from Possum's window

We've done our sorting and packing and will head off to amuse ourselves in Leuven tomorrow - fabulous medieval Gothic university town - hoping the new PC gets delivered by midday at Louvan-la-Neuve - nasty modern wind tunnel of a university town built since the 70s - so we can fetch it, get our bags and head south.

Hope you get your cakes baked BL.   Congrats to Liri's family.   Good luck DD for tomorrow.   Hugs for Joyce.

Hope you all get the weather you need for a great weekend.

Bit of a nailbiter at the end. It looked like he was in pain to me. He seemed to be limping.

It was exhausting just watching image

Morning Pat - it still fascinates me that our planet is so big that fellow humans are in totally different climates let alone seasons! Love a frosty morning (hope I won't be actually seeing one any time soon though!).

I have a 'long weekend' here so hoping to catch up on some garden jobs, interspersed with kitten stuff of course. They were bombing around like toddlers at a Birthday party this evening!

    Night night Northern Hemisphere people.

My garden and I live in South Wales.

It fascinates me too AuntyRach. We have a cloudless sky here at 8.35 am, but there is rain predicted in Canberra where we are going this morning. Its only 1.5 hours drive, but they get much more rain than we do.  We had minus 6 overnight.

    Sleep well all.

Morning Joyce - hope you're doing ok /afties Pat. Pretty pic - hope you've not been too chilly today though!

Off to walk soon, and it's to be a reasonable day so looking to have some decent pix, as it's a hill with the summit perched on the edge of a sheer drop to the loch below. One I've wanted to do for a while but it's a long drive.

The tennis wore me out, but as long as his hip is ok he should be ready for Monday. image

Good luck to DD for today. I'd   keep my fingers crossed, but it's tricky to drive like that....

I'll have a quick look round before I head off. Have a good day everyone, whatever you get up to.

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
