Chicken broth followed by fruit tonight Dove.  Stock made from the chicken carcass.

     A Kimono-style jacket sounds nice.

Love my new trekking poles ❤️❤️❤️  Managed 18 miles without incident.  Gorgeous views, sunshine, few clouds and a bit of a breeze made it perfect for walking. We realised at the end that we had chatted happily for most of the 18 miles image

Home at last. I don't think I'm set up for travelling to other places. I miss my home comforts too much.

It's raining here. The whole trip back from Canberra we had the wipers going - very irritating. I think the car's wipers have been dry for so long that they are a bit hard, but I suspect by the time we got home they might have softened up a bit. Still rather squeaky.

The house is cold after being shut up with no heating for 4 days, so fire has been lit.

Morning Pat.        Home comforts........we all have certain special ones that we miss when away.

    Mine is my pillow.

    Chicky - well done image

Good company, weather and route taken make a difference. Do you know the route of THE walk?

    Hi Hosta if you're around.

Back to bed once I've had my cuppa.
