Hi Dove. You had me worried there for a while with your reference to Hostas comment. Couldn't remember what it was about. I'm afraid I still like John Pertwee best of all for my Doctor Who's. Haven't watched later ones for several years. Don't care what they are like - male or female. Just not my special one
Dacha, when our son brings down his cat, my poodle used to pretend she couldnt see her. It was so funny to watch her turning her snobby little head away whenever Pixel walked into the room.
No imposition Dacha. We've decided that we won't go down that road again. The only negative about having her was that we couldn't go anywhere for a couple of days, let alone a holiday. We've got friends and relatives an other areas of the country who we haven't visited for years. So we hope to do something about that in the near future. Hubby's sister lives in Queensland, sonwe wouldnt mind travelling up to there for a change.
We do really enjoy our son's cat when she visits and our daughter brings her little poodle for a visit now and then.
Dacha: such a sweet little thing! (Your terrier; not your arm pit! Though apparently Dove doesn't frequent the same parks as I do as there is one chap I meet while walking the dog that is so hairy you can't tell from a distance that he isn't fully clothed).
What an odd conversation to have while drinking tea in bed.
Ear drum now feels worse than ever; I hope that means the antibiotics are doing *something*

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Hosta ... watch who you're calling weird and slightly geeky
Shame about the waterlily colour ... I would think a photo ought to do it ... They're a reputable nursery aren't they?

Sorry Dove ........hence the "graphic nature" caveat

Clari, my mum always said "things get worse before they get better".
Hope your ear improves soon.
