It looks ok to me Hosta ...... I've only grown them very occasionally in the past so am no expert

Not as far ahead as yours yet 'cos of course it's outside in the Norfolk weather.

I think it might have it too Dove. imageimage

Keep an eye on that biggest leaf and especially on the yellow streaks. Might just be hungry,

50:50 at best . Keep an eye on it.

It only affects cannas, but aphids will move it from garden to garden.

Oh dear ........ I'll keep my fingers crossed image

I gave it a good dose of seaweed fertiliser just before I did my foot in, 'cos I thought it was being a little slow ...........

Oh Hosta; I knew you had a lot. But never that many! :(

Dove; thanks for the link! I'll have a good noisy around.

If anyone has any broody family members who want to give it a go do let me know. I have a 29kg furry three year old here who didn't sleep well and has had a tantrum because

    1. he wasn't allowed to bring the stick in the house

    2. he wasn't allowed to take ALL his toys in the garden

    3. mummy stopped talking to him when she was trying to do the ironing

    4. mummy won't sit and stroke his ears while he sleeps

Hard to believe he's a dog; if he were a child he'd be put to bed and made to cry it out!

Looks more exciting than my mug of tea Dove! Never been a fan of wine. Cider I will sip all day, real ales used to be a favourite when I could. But wine... it and I are yet to get along.

When I acquired OH his view of wine wasn't great ... not being far removed from student parties and lots of cheap red ... he is now a fan.  However we also both enjoy good cider and real ale image  Quality stuff is good, whatever variety image
