    Went into town..... bought nothing.

    Went to GC...........bought nothing.

Did buy Salami and Sourdough bread for lunch.

had to put a jumper on this pm. temp. only 12 outside.

2 days of solid rain to come, at least I won't be able to moan about watering.

Very sorry to hear your news Joyce.

I'm so sorry Joyce.  Didn't know there was cancer too.  A huge worry for you.   I hope at least you can get to see him each day.

Dancing was good tonight.  Cha-cha samba and tango and then at the end, instead of us all going home we were invited to stay for a drink.   Someone had their birthday yesterday so offered everyone a glass of fizz and a piece of lemon meringue tart.  Lovely gesture and a great opportunity for a chat.

There has been some rain here in our absence and the forecast says we'll get 8mm in the night and 8mm more tomorrow.   That would be brilliant, especially as tomorrow is a shopping and cleaning day.   Other than that, normal service has resumed and temps are back to a more usual 20Cish.

DD - don't see why you can't show us your flyers and yes - menu pricing is important and make sure you get the margins right.  Nearly there.  Very excited for you.

    Sweet dreams everyone.

My thoughts are with YOU Joyce. I'm very sorry to read your latest post. I can only assume the Doc is doing his best for both of you. I hope you have a good rest through the night, but I know your wake up routine by now, I expect you'll be looking for your tea and toast at 4am or thereabouts. Best wishes to you and OH. image

Morning Pat. image And Joyce if you are there. image

Still pricing up menu. image I will put flyer on other thread, it isn't exactly advertising, you are all too far away for anything except a virtual cup of tea, except Lizzie perhaps. image

     Good day to all. image
