Morning everyone. Cool clear day here.

ive washed all HRHs things - bedding, coats, etc and we  are taking it all to Canberra tomorrow  to our daughter to distribute to various friends. She also has a white poodle the same size as HRH, so she can have first dibs. Lots of do get food and treats.

We're really much better today. Have stopped speaking to the empty lounge seat or bending over to pat her head.image

    Best wishes for Easter Mondays.

Time is a great healer Pat and knowing you did the right thing helps too. Nice to know her things will be used and appreciated, take care and best wishes for Easter Monday to you both image

I've decided to have a second coffee and head out thirty ins later, most people have bank holidays off so I don't think half an hour will hurt!

Morning peeps image. Lovely day with family yesterday - think it will be a quiet one today image

Had intended in getting some plants in the ground, but not liking the forecast of frosts for the next few days.image  They are hardy ones, but still think I will leave it for a few more days.  I fear for my emerging wisteria blossom image

Morning Forkers. We didn't get the promised rain yesterday either, those weather people have a lot to answer for. Spent a lovely day with the family overeating and giggling a lot. Eliza the Great GD is such good company.  She's just recently noticed her hands and feet and waves them around cooing at them and we all get lots of smiles and gurgles too.

I need to go and water the newly planted ones again later and ought to pot on my toms sooner rather than later.

I had to hide the photo of your GH from my cats Wonky or they'd be nagging me to get one for them. It looks fabuloso image

Morning allimage Chilly isn't it? Nice and warm in the potting shed though.

Thank you for complaining about the Aldi advert GWRS - somebody else has posted that it's dominating the screen on the device they're using - so much so they can't really use the site. I still think this proliferation of adverts is adding to the problems many of us are having using the forum.

I use an adblocker on my desktop computer and the forum is fine on that. But I can't put one on my iPad (too old basically) and the forum plays up like crazy on that some days with adverts jumping about all over the place. Other days it's fine - so I think it must be to do with the content / settings on the forum on any given day - rather than my iPad.

I think it's quite ironic that the forum was changed last year to make it more mobile device friendly - but now it's virtually unusable on a lot of devices. Usually slightly older ones - but not that old - my iPad is 4 or 5 years old. I can't afford to upgrade my iPad every couple of years.

Heaven is ... sitting in the garden with a G&T and a cat while watching the sun go down
