Yvie - have some constitutional choc for Easter and then think thin for the rest of the week.  You'll be fine for next Saturday's meeting.  People are allowed hols with a bit of indulgence.  No dieting here till after the Easter egg has been scoffed!

Maybe have a day off pond digging too.  I'm off to check your progress now.

Ah! Slight change of plan ... MIL had forgotten she's out this evening so there's no point in us rushing to drive there now, especially as OH has had a very busy day at work, so we'll go in the 'morning instead.

A takeaway has been ordered for this evening's supper and beer is being drunk image

Gorgeous clematis Hostaimage. I've had a white koreana one on my wishlist for a couple of years - just need to think of somewhere to put it.

Thanks for the recipe offer Obxx - saw it too late.  Used an internet one - seems to have worked out ok.

All seedlings pricked out - as usual some of them drooped alarmingly in protest, but I seem to remember that happening before and they recover overnight.....fingers crossed.

off to find Yvie's pond thread .......

  • Love my iris which has just started to flower.  The mother plant came from my late mum's garden over 50 years ago and at one point I thought mine had all died but two little ones shot up from nowhere and they are blooming now.
