    The flowers smell lovely too.

Creaking a bit hereimage  Made quite a dent in the muckpile, and one of my large flower beds is now completely mulched image.  Looks very smart - hoping it will feed and keep the weeds down.  Also got my tomato, cucumber, cosmos and cleome seeds going on the windowsills.  Time for a quick cuppa, then littlest Chicklet needs a lift to the station?

Have a lovely evening everone image

Flowers are lovely on those Dove - pity I don't like the end result  image

Productive day then chicky - if you're anything like me, you'll be creaking more tomorrow!

Has the laptop got a decent fan BL? Old one of my daughter's had a very poor one, so she had to get an external one added which helped.  Annoying when these things don't work - we get so used to it just happening instantly!

I did what I could outside,  but the showers were a pain. Washing was back in, spun again as it was soaking, then out, then in.  I admitted defeat and put it in the drier  image

Rest of my Cupani seeds sown, some gravel put down, some shrubs and small plants potted on, and a few other small jobs completed.  Another pack of Milkmaid nasturtiums arrived (really fast delivery!) which I'd hoped to get sown, but the rain came on. They'll only need poked in along the top of the fence 'window box'  so it's a five minute job. Floors washed and dinner on, so I think I can put my feet up for a little while with a cuppa, and plan tomorrow's outing while looking in here  image

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

The fan gets quite noisy when it's hot.

Frustrating sort of day. Sun comes out and GH is hot then sky goes black and there is a downpour and it feels chilly.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

Supper's over, washing up's done, feet are up and we're watching an old Doc Martin and pretending we're on the beach in Cornwall image

Just checking in... 3 pages of April already!

Did some seed planting with my niece: 2 varieties of Sunflowers, poppies, carrots, beetroot and wild flowers. Goodness knows what the wildflower patch will look like as most thrown into the one corner!

Lesson 1: big seeds are easier to handle than tiny ones when you have little hands (her not me!)

Lesson 2: white leggings are not good gardening attire (her not me!)

My garden and I live in South Wales.
