Wow, thats high. Laughable here, where it barely gets to one cm high. You must have a large area to mow. Because we are really living on a bush block, it's let go natural (untidy) with the occasional garden bed for me to play in. Hubby uses both a tractor with a slasher and a ride-on mower. He still manages to knock off a blade on hidden rocks. Then there is a slow walk around the paddock until we find the blade and nut/washer.
Oh dear Hosta - what a rubbish night. Good luck with the grass.
Enjoy your little bit of Indian summer Pat
What a great weekend. Apart from the glorious weather, the Garden Festival was great - I had picked 3 excellent speakers, and the gardens at the venue were lovely (in a grand way) too. Then yesterday we took a trip out to a local-ish waste contractor who is going to deliver us a lorry load of recycled green waste/soil conditioner so that I can treat my flower beds. We bought 3 bags home as a sample, and it is lovely stuff. Spread it already, and it makes the beds look great .......one very happy Chicky
Hi Chicky. That sounds like a really good Sunday's effort.
I changed into a tank top because the shirt was tooo hot Then went out to check the GH and it's 40 c in there (I haven't closed the door for months). It's hard to decide what to wish for.

We gardeners never ever seem to have " perfect" plots do we? tee hee.
29 degrees here so socks and long pants swapped for bare feet and shorts. Crazy weather!
we've got 15 forecast today. Not bad for March.
What time do you need to leave for work? You'll be tired today.
im glad you're temps are a bit better.
Not working to day, thankfully.
Pat, I'm always tired.
TATT, Tired All The Time.

Good morning all
G'day Pat
I said it would turn warmer once you put the flannelette sheets on the bed!
Sorry you've had a bad night Hosta - maybe mowing today will numb your brain to sleep tonight.
That sounds like a really good weekend Chicky.
It's dull and overcast here this morning ...
