This is true, Dove - can't wait to have more time to garden, but finding it difficult to see past everything I've got to do before then.

Grrr - it's damp out there now but looking at the weather forecast it should be a good day - while I'm stuck in a church hall until the evening. Tomorrow, when I have some time to garden? Heavy rain all day!

Morning all/afties Pat - have you got your brolly out now?  image

Wet here too. Judging by the skies yesterday on the hill, there's a large amount of snow fallen on them now. Not too warm here though - no need to look out the summer clothing yet image

Re the pedalo (nice one Dove) how about a rowing boat BL?  At least there would be room for the bags and the OH on those....just  image

Are you stopping owrk completely LG - or is to change jobs? Apologies if I've missed you saying.

I'll have a look round here and do some photos on the Camera thread. As it was about 5.30 when I was half way down, I caught the setting sun behind Bheinn Bheula and over the Cowal peninsula, which was rather pretty

I retired three years ago - it's great not having to cram my gardening into weekends, no matter what the weather is doing - I'm turning into a fair weather gardener image

Thanks Dove - morning to you too. image

The colour was a bit stronger than it appears there, but it was so pretty looking in that direction - completely different to the other way where the sky was leaden. Stunning as well though. It was a tad breezy so a little tricky to get photos - especially at the summit!

I don't use an unbrella, Fairy. I'm a raincoat girl (if at all).image Very rarely need one here

A gorgeous photo of the sun and mountains.

Catch you all after TV and a possible visit from Regina since it's the weekendimage. We never know until we hear from her if she's planning to visit. We've got to the stage where we record various programs that we think she would like. She really enjoys Ninja Warriors as well as Battle Bots. This is because she camps in her vehicle until she comes back to her Mother's place on her days off. (Therefore she doesn't havevTV and also her old Mum is a mad TV sports football etc fan, so doesn't like being chatted to while watching the games.

Morning all, afternoon Pat! Do you want our rain too? I can send it over! I was barrowing soil and stones in it all day! But we did turn a sloping back garden full of weeds brambles and to a level weed free garden with sleeper edging and Scottish pebbles. Feeling it now though!

Now I'd like some sunshine for time in my own garden please!image I'm collecting pergola posts today! image
