Good morning you early birds image

Many happy returns to the Birthday Boy Hosta. Give him a birthday hug from us ;-).   Hope you both have a lovely day xx

I'm planning to visit son today, so am looking forward to a nice drive through the East Anglian spring countryside.

    Morning all. looks sunny outside.

Our neighbours and another couple we've met in the village are coming to lunch today.

Have a good day with your son, Dove.

Pat, I wasn't mowing long grass. image  We don't have any grass at our cottage, it's a courtyard garden. The grass in France isn't growing yet.image

Congrats to LP's dug and to Hosta's OH. Slightly different circumstances....I take it hubby's not wanting to acknowledge the number Hosta?

Busy day chicky - but a nice evening to look ofrward to, Have a lovely time image

Quite pleasant here - some sun and about 7 degrees with no breeze. Pity I have to work image

    Morning all.

LP   dog therapy excellent.  When I go to my friend's on a Tuesday, I love it when her son's dog is there. Always feel as though my blood pressure is lower afterwards

It was me who was mowing long grass BL & Patimage

Nice sunny day out there - have been out to open the shed up as the seed trays are in there & it looks as though it will get hot without some ventilation.

Office day for me - but only for a few hours.

Enjoy the theatre tonight Chicky (watcha gonna see?).

Hope Mr Hosta has a lovely dayimage

Heaven is ... sitting in the garden with a G&T and a cat while watching the sun go down

Typical of my memory at this stage of my life. I should know better than to try to remember who wrote what.image Apologies to both of you.

Ive been vacuuming our bedroom today. It's amazing how much dust finds it way into the house when there has been a hot dry summer.  At least I feel a bit better about it now. Smells nice and clean in there.image

    have a good day all.

Fairy, he's demanded NO No 60 on any birthday cards, so I've insisted that there are. image

I've intercepted and hidden a few early bird cards and we'll wait to see if Posty brings any more ,then he's opening them all together.

    Bacon butty first.

Bacon butty sounds wonderful bt a bit early for me.

Appalling cramps again last night so I'm going to have to start eating bananas or something as the rest of our diet is fine for all the amino acids and vitamins and minerals.    Any other tips?

Well done that dog.    Hope hubby enjoys his birthday and the naughty cards Hosta.  Bon appetit for lunchtime Busy.   What play Chicky?

Sorry about the footie GWRS but it was a good run.   FG how's the bum?  No repercussions?  Pat E you need to do the ear and eustachians massage I explained to Dove a while back.

I am off to buy more paint as I'm not convinced about the damp proofing in the annex and it has no heat so chalk it is but I shall water it down for the first coat to make it easier to prime the panels.  OH is all set to play with his new toy.  Got so fed up with Windows 10 messing up his PC he's bought a new Chrome something.  No idea but it was 700€ cheaper than an Apple and since he's no longer running a golf club he can simpler.

Be good or have fun or both.

orning, bit grey and misty here they say it will brighten

    Happy Birthday to OH Hosta

Pat you sound as if you have been busy, how is HRH?

Topbird I was looking at our grass and it won't be long before it needs cut, need to get mower serviced first!

Fairy sounds as if you had fun on the hill, you should have taken a selfie!

Joyce I have seen the effect a dog, or a cat, can have on us. It seems the service is much needed?

Busy hope lunch goes well, was it coq au vin you were preparing?

Dove enjoy your day out, drive carefully

hope punkdoc ok, he is a bit quiet?

    has anyone heard from bushman?
