What Happened? Went to sleep as normal last night counting Dinosaurs woke up this morning and found i was a full year older, how does that happen. Looked in the mirror hair the normal Ash Blonde my Daughters call it white? the usual number of creases on my face, Humour lines I say Daughters call them wrinkles has the world gone mad.

Lovely Granddaughters came yesterday and did lunch, today all of them are coming to lunch, thank goodness i do not have to cook it.

May be absent for a day or so, I have other memories this week, they never go away.

    Frank.

Have you got cake? I'm sure you'll get one today, but it's never too early for a little something with a candle....

Fairyirl Daughter  watch it you are still young enough to go over my knee and be spanked, 99 indeed, that is what I put in my Mr Whippy.

Thank you all for those lovely wishes and cakes, this is a spell of peace with a cup of tea before they all land.

    Frank.

    Hi all.

Back from Mum's 90th. Great fun, my sisters and I managed 24 hours without falling out [ a first, I think ]

Amazingly Mum has already had an offer on her house, at more than the asking price. It is a 2 bed semi, built in the 1960's, which has not had anything done to it since. What is going on?

    I am well pleased.

Hope all are well, going for walk round the garden.

    Afternoon all.

Home for a spot of lunch with Hubby.

Thanks for all the kind thought and suggestions. I've tried everything, including hypnosis Fairy, I don't go to bed before I'm IMHO tired enough to go to sleep. Usually I fall asleep for an hour then wake, then it's usually an on and off sequence for the rest of the night.

Some nights I go to bed knackered then, POOF , wide awake club.

I set my alarm for 7.30 even when I don't have to get up and don't go back to sleep, even if I've been awake until 4am.

I don't " worry " about not sleeping. It frustrates me, but after about 40 years, I'm just kinda used to it.

TATT they call it: tired all the time.

Hey ho, there are many worse off than I.

Frogs still " at it " bless'em. I also spotted one solitary goldfish in there. After the otter attack 2 years ago, it's my first sighting since.

Enjoy what's left of the weekend.
