My eyes are open if that counts Dove.

Still debating the scouts thing. I think how tonight's session goes might tip it (I'm feeling tired already).

Yellow warning of snow here; I'm not confident we'll actually get any snow. But I do know we've definately got the cold.

Had quite a good sleep- wasn't expecting to as it was a tad windy and it was whistling away at the back of the house. Still going this morning. Oh well. That's weather for you!

Glad you're feeling a bit happier LP. Yes - I had a great day out thanks. Pix are on the usual thread   image

Hope everyone else who's been a bit rough is feeling better too. I feel lucky that it's half way through Feb and I've not had any ailments or illnesses...so far.

Good morning.  Up, showered and dressed and on parade to take Rasta to the vet.  She has a wound on her neck which we think is from fossicking in brambles late on Saturday afternoon.  Been bathing with Betadine buts he won't let me cut the woolly bear fur to see it properly.

Other than that, leccy man coming and I have to leave him with OH which is a worry......

Windy out there but dry so far.   Nothing extreme.   Hope you had no more damage Busy and any snow doesn't affect plans for today for everyone else.

Clari - be very afraid of what you may let yourself in for in a weak moment.............

  • Clari .... No!!! If it was just the sessions it would still be a huge ask ... But there's soooooo much organisation and paperwork with such things  !!!! image  You've already got a lot on your plate at the moment ... Wait until you've got the bulk of the house sorted and then reconsider ... They'll still be there wanting support image

Anyway Clari, you have a garden to design and build and an OH to motivate and a Reggie to tend......where are you getting this excess time from? image

    Morning all.

Clari, I'm with the others. Just say no.

I can think of nothing worse than "looking after" other folks' kids. I adore my own but I'm not very keen on others'.

Very breezy , again, but dry and the sun seems to be poking through. Not sure if it's gardening, polytunnel, or indoor chores kinda day.

    Devon.
